Today heading to watch an American College Football game between East Washington Eagles and Washington Huskies (home ground). Lucky we headed off early to game via the Subway, tickets were $5 for all day travel, as travelling it dawned on me people had clear bags. After checking Stadium had a "clear bag policy" unable to enter with a backpack, we turned around got back on subway and get a clear bag before returning to the stadium. Plenty of time as game commenced at 10am, our seats only 6 rows from front, good view of players and play, cheer squad entertaining right in front of us, also good view of the college band, in addition sat beside spectators who were more than happy to explain the rules.
After game finished around 3.00pm - Huskies winning we picked up some Huskie gear, golf shirt for William etc and subwayed to Chinatown settled to dine at "Hong Kong Bistro". We sat next to a couple of lovely ladies who advised we had chosen a lovely restaurant and provided us some suggestions to visit - Pike Place Markets, Alkai Beach and recommended a lovely dumpling place. Finished a beautiful meal and back to hotel for an early night.
