We arrive in Goa about 11am – told we can get a bus from the station its much cheaper than a taxi – we get out and no sign of any buses just all overpriced taxis. I spotted some other lost looking packpackers and lo and behold they were going to same place as us so we shared a cab into Goa – dropped them off at their hotel and we decided we needed a beer before we started hunting for a room as it was hot – went to bar we knew from last time, got chatting to the guy who said it was really expensive just now cause of the indian holidays L Marc went off to try a place across the road – RESULT he haggled with the lady and managed to half the price she quoted and got us a lovely air con room with balcony and fridge for about £7 a night – LUXURY hehe

He was so busy looking into the place walking up to it though on the pavement outside as the traffic is chaos and he realised he stood on something ………… a dead rat !!!!!! See photo of hotel sign and rat below !!! He came back disgusted poor wee soul – he got us a great room though L

So that night we head out to the football and as you can imagine it was a great night so see Man City win hehe we got reeking and then sat on beach some what later drinking rum n coke J

Aside from that we have been mostly sleeping and trying to sunbath but been a bit lazy . Went out last night for a few and got reeking again met a guy from London at the bar on his own so we chatted to him then staggered home hehe

We are heading off to Arambol tomorrow to stay in some beach huts so not sue when we will get logged on again.

Time to top up the tan !!!!
