There are many advertised cooking classes here so we decided
to go check it out – while we were asking about boat tours turns out the guys
wife does cooking classes so we went off there – she prepares the food and
tells us the recipie for the cooking while I write it down and we watch her
prepare this meal . It was tuna masala
cooked with tuna steaks, now I don't like fish at all but Kerala is famous for
its fish so I was up for trying anything – turned out ok cause I like tuna from
a can so tonight was my first proper tuna steak.

She spent 2 hours preparing the fish masala, a vegetable
stew made with coconut milk, flavoured rice, salad, and chapatis which we got
to do ourselves – we then sat and stuffed our faces with it all. It was delicious, took so long to prepare and
5 mins for us to devour haha – good wee night we took the recipie so we can try
it when we get home J
