Today we went to these caves that we had to walk though and then get into natural mud baths and hot springs. We strip down to our swimwear they give us hard helmets and dodgy flip flops, a short boat ride in then we got out and clambered through these caves, having to almost crawl in parts it was so low to get through – not idea in swimwear! We get to the mud baths though and get in – was weird you actually float in the mud. Then is was off to a natural spring to wash off the mud and then to a hot spring that we all lazed about it – it was roasting!

The guy was taking our pics and another chinese family were in before us – you can get t-shirts made of the photos take – it's a different world out here – check out the pics of the small boy with his t-shirt !
