Shanghai, Shanghai, China
So it was off to Shanghai our last stop after a month in China.

We had booked the high speed train last week and a few days later there was a really bad accident where 40 or so people died - not good news . We booked from Beijing to Shanghai a journey that normally takes around 12 hours and is now down 5 hours, the train wasnt cheap either a 2nd class seat cost £55 each but it was the only tickets available so off we went. It reached a top speed of 307kph and it got there on time woo hoo.

We had 3 days in Shanghai and we mainly just wandered around, the Bund area is beautiful at night it has the modern day buildings on one side and the old on the other.

We also managed to find a cinema showing the new Transformers 3D movie in English so we went to see that :-)

We also done a bit of shopping - finally we can get rid of our shitty old stuff we have been wearing for months that are too big too - went to a HUGE store that had levels of fake bags, clothes, shoes, trainers, sunglasses you name every designer possible it was there. You had to haggle hard these people in here were hardcore and they started shouting at you if you didnt like their price it was funny. We also went to a non brand mall just to get some super cheap tshirts n shorts too

The copies were amazing quality right down the labels inside. At last new clothes hehe :-)))

COSTS
adidas tshirts were around £6 each
rucksack - £10
