We woke today a bit delicate from last nights bucket drinking - nothing like a bit of cheap local spirits to make you feel rough.

We had a good wee night, think we are some of the oldest people on the island haha - oh to be 20 again and have the naivety of it all . The hangovers are just worse now - well for me not Marc who never seems to get ill haha. The girls we were with went off on the boat trip at 11am we were still in bed but decided to get the afternoon one leaving at 1pm instead.

Boat Trip
The boat trip was cool it takes you to Monkey island which has a few super tame monkeys who drink out of bottles and scoff the food people give them, then we get to go snorkelling which I love. So we bought our new camera after loosing the one in India and apparently it was waterproof up to 5 metres - so after some debate I though to hell and jumped in with it. Its now my new fav toy it took amazing pictures and video (see below) I couldn't believe it - so happy with it - if anyone is interested its the Sony Cybershot TX10.

Eventually we got the Maya Bay, this is where the film The Beach with Leonardo Di Caprio was filmed, we got there just as the sun was going behind the rocks but it was still beautiful we chilled out on the beach for an hour or so then headed back to the boat for our free bucket of whisky, red bull and coke !! We headed back with the sun setting which sipping on our buckets it was lovely good wee afternoon out .

We went for a siesta and ended up sleeping a bit late so we rushed up and out for our buckets each about 11pm - it was a case of down the buckets as most things close at 2am. Still half asleep we ended up drunk and joining in with the teeny boppers dancing to some seriously cheesy music haha - again it was more pizza on the way home its the "best" pizza in the world when ur drunk !! 

We had decided we had seen enough of Phi Phi and wanted to head to Ao Nang the next day which my mate Adam had recommended and much to our delight our friend Kurynn had met these guys and got 3 free bus/boat tickets from them as they didn't want to go - result it saved us some money as we split the cost of the one ticket we had to buy between the 4 of us.

Think we rolled into bed about 4am and had to be up at at the boat for 10.30am - boat trips are not ideal on a hangover!!
