Leaving Cambodia Behind/Daily Budget

Siem Reap, Cambodia
So we are heading off now on the bus to Bangkok - we only had 11 days in Cambodia and it most definitely has left an impression on both of us. We didn't really know much, if any of the history before we arrived here but have left knowing and understanding so much more and are gutted that we don't have more time to spend here its definitely a country I would love to come back to.

I love the fact that only after 11 days somewhere can leave such a lasting impression on you and the Cambodian people who truly have suffered just a short time ago and even still to this day with land mines and rebuilding their lives are yet still so humble and friendly and welcome tourists into their country with curiosity and kindness .

Siem Reap was definately more touristy but still really nice - we ate at street food stalls for super cheap and went out boozing and had lovely food too its so cheap here - we even tried a BBQ frog - it tasted really nice it was surprise surprise just like chicken haha.

Next stop Bangkok
