So we had booked our motel until the 3rd as we weren't sure of what we were going to be doing, stupidly leaving it to the day before to try and book another night wasnt a good idea - every cheap motel in Orlando was full and min price of £70 a night !!! EEEEEEK 

So we now had to book the car hire a day early and find ourselves a motel in West Palm Beach, we were flying home out of Miami so we picked this place as we were supposed to go scuba diving there too .
 

VROOOM GREAT FREE UPGRADE
We checked out of our motel and I went to collect the car, we again had booked the cheapest smallest car there was but it wasnt ready and she sais we could take another car, I had a look at it and it was GIANT a huge saloon type thing, I said I dont mind driving a bigger car but the petrol is going to be really expensive, she then says no problem I can help with that so she then paid for a full tank of petrol for us. We got chatting and explained we were just finishing our RTW trip and she said oooo well if you dont have a lot of luggage I can give you a convertible !!!! ER YES PLEASE hehe - so we got a free tank of petrol and this lovely Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible hehe - bags in the car we headed off for a last bit of shopping before we went home.


WEST PALM BEACH
We arrived at the motel around 8pm and went for a Taco Bell, we had seen them eveywhere so figured we should try it out . It was delicious and super cheap too 2 tacos and a burrito mmm mm - tomorrow we are heading to the beach to try and get a bit of a tan but first we hopped into our SUPER GIANT king bed it was enormous I could lay on it sideways and it was still wider than me hehe.

Next day we headed out to the beach for a few hours and also had the yummiest pastrami sandwich - we have been so good not to stuff our faces but its so hard in this country.

The rest of the time we spent sorting out our backpacks and parting with some old clothes/shoes that have seen us round most of the world and packing in some of our nice new trainers/clothes hehe.


GETTING READY FOR HOME !!! 
So I can update this now as we are now just back in the UK. We had a plan in place that we were going to surprise both our families coming home, they thought we had at least another week in USA but no, we were due to depart Miami Thur 5th to arrive Heathrow Fri 6th at 0630 then we had booked a flight straight up to Edinburgh where on Friday we will surprise my mum and dad and on Sat night Marc is just going to turn up in the middle of a huge family party (thankfully his mum is in the know so she is organising the whole thing).

Trying to make the most of our last day in the sunshine - the record high sunny temperatures of last week have gone in Scotland and its now snow for the forecast - oh the joys !!!

EEEEEK next stop HOME !!
