Had a better sleep last night and a very nice breakfast of crusty buns, baguette and croissants with cheese and ham, fruit, yogurt and coffee. We ate in the solarium with the koi. Again beautiful China and presentation. Unfortunately Onez has severe leg pain this morning so we are going back to Balen instead of exploring more..it is still quite clos but we arrived back in Balen mid afternoon and went to the local pub for dinner...called De WaterKant ...its right on the canal and has a thatched roof and is quite nice. We had a chicken stir fry and frites .....way too much
food. Then back to the house to pack. made sandwiches and fruit for the road tomorrow. Klaas built a nice fire before bed.
