Chiang Mai, Thailand
Our last stop in Thailand is the tourist town of Chiang Mai. We had several days there to see all the sights, enjoy all the activities, and just relax. I got to ride an elephant, visit an orchid garden, enjoy a two-hour long Thai massage (only $7!), and visit several interesting temples.

Unfortunately, on my last full day there, I fell somewhat ill. I had the chills that night, was mostly better the next morning, but then felt sick again when we took our midday flight to Cambodia. I was afraid I was going to miss Angkor Wat, the part of the tour I had looked forward to the most. But it was just a 24 hour bug--I was pretty much recovered in Cambodia and got to enjoy my three days there without incident.
