Ooooo.....what an awesome To Do List! ;o)
I loved Portugal. Definitely go to Porto if you can, and check out the port tours (free samples of red & white port) - it's a really photogenic town. Sintra and Lagos are also really neat towns in Portugal.
....You're giving me itchy feet! Can't wait to hear all about it!

Yes I concur about Sintra and Lagos. I suppose Municg in October is a must.
