Lanzarote is great for walking and one of the reasons why we visited and stayed on. There are so many volcano walks. We must have walked on at least 15days using a number of on-line guide books including this one https://www.komoot.com/guide/825/hiking-in-lanzarote
Many of the volcano walks are round trips. One of the best non-volcano walks that we did was starting and finishing in El Golfo. Short walk of 2.2miles walking over the volcanic lava that flowed into the sea following the 1730's Timanfaya eruptions
Another good one was in the north west starting at the Mirador de Guinate and down to the coast along a very steep path. No-one else on the walk. Picnic at the bottom then a steepy walk back up
