Percy Reach to Belleville

Belleville, Ontario, Canada
We've completed the second leg of our meander: 240 miles and 42 locks of the Trent Severn Waterway. Our last day on the waterway saw us go through 7 locks including lock 1 and enter the Bay of Quinte that will takes us across the northeastern part of Lake Ontario. We stopped at Meyer's Pier Marina to rest up, do some laundry, and USE THE WIFI INTERNET! We can finally catch up with our postings and other correspondences.

We are next heading to Clayton, New York to see the Antique Boat Museum, fuel up and pump out the holding tank . So far we've burned 175 gallons of diesel for an average of about 3 miles per gallon.

After Clayton we plan to stop at Boldt Castle before going back to Kingston and the start of the third leg: The Rideau Canal to Ottawa.

Just caught up on all post and looks like your are doing well. Can't wait to do the Trent/Sev and get it off the bucket list. Just to long of a bucket list.

Add the Rideau to your bucket list. Then move it towards the top.
