After a full day yesterday cleaning Meander and packing up, we took a meandering route home through some back roads of upstate New York to do some leaf looking. It was a beautiful day for a road trip.

Our first thoughts on being home are: 

• How big it is.  
• A shower with unlimited hot water.  
• A recliner. 
• Fast internet access.
• Home turf for Charlie.

 But as my friend Glen taught me, "You can sleep on your boat but you can't sail your house." So we are looking forward to "The Great Meander on the Little Loop (Part 2)" beginning in May 2014. Stay tuned...
