There were two young elephants that hung out around the property. They became Krista's new pets. She really liked YaYa - a 2 year old female. Lucky was a 3 year old male.
Elephants like to kiss you
. They take their trunk and blow on your mouth. Most times they try to wrap their trunk around you as well. Almost every time we saw them, we went over and bought some food (bananas, cucumber, etc) and fed them. YaYa recognized Krista by the end of the trip.
Krista also got massaged by YaYa a couple of times.
