The Ultimate Park Bench

Oğuz, Oğuz, Azerbaijan
Oguz is once again pressed right up against the mountain, a cluster of buildings visible from far away, giving it a cozier feel--especially with stormclouds approaching on the horizon.

On arrival he's immediately greeted by a park of all parks . He's gotten used to seeing big fancy parks in towns that barely have paved streets (apparently a new government project all over the country). But the Oguz park out-does them all. It has little gazebos with benches... high up in the air on pillars--in the middle of an artificial lake! And the only way to get to them is via network of bridges.

Yeah, I suppose money should be spent on more important things here in Oguz, he thinks but I'm not going to let that keep me from enjoying this display of extravagance. Hey, at least it's built for the common people to enjoy...

Oguz has a number of old wooden buildings and homes giving the feeling that were in a cooler, temperate zone. It also has a couple of hotels--but they're pretty pricey... so he decides to hop on a collective taxi to Seki, where he's hoping he'll have better luck.
