Abovyan, Kotaykʼ, Armenia
In Abovyan he finds a cool sculpture of a muscular dude holding a wild bull by the horn. Seems to symbolizes power and confidence, reminding him of his conversation with the fellows in Balahovist.
Then come the dreary apartment monotonous apartment blocks as you would expect in a dreary, Soviet era city . However, he's pleasantly surprised to see a few people pimping up their dreary apartments, giving their tiny little "square" some individuality. A bright coat of paint... a cluster of hanging plants... One apartment owner even put in some fancy pillars on his balcony...
And so his exploration of Greater Yerevan comes to an end. Tomorrow he will catch a bus north, to explore a very different part of this country
