I'm going to try to revisit all the DR towns I visited back in 2006, so that includes a stop in the tourist trap Cabarete along the northern coast

. Here I see more kite surfers than I've ever seen before with maybe a hundred of them dotting the sea. It is nice to see tourists doing other things than just lying in the sun...
Not really interested in loitering here much, so I find a quiet spot in the shade to play my Parkbench concert, than continue on...
