I pass through a second village with the shady agricultural area below, and the houses squeezed tightly together next to the cliffs above . Not a lot of people out and about--just a random farmer or two... they greet me cheerfully, but no one seems overly surprised to see me.

And then the path climbs up the steep, rocky hillside... around a bend... and a beautiful view. Here two river gorges merge together. Up the other gorge there's a cluster of houses high, high up the rugged mountainside. Perhaps retirement houses built by folks from this area who moved elsewhere. It seems way to far up the mountain to be be a farming village--beautiful nonetheless.

Here I pause to do another mini-concert, and add a 3 town of the Aoulouz Valley to my collection.
