On through a industrial/commercial area that feels quite soulless (other than a little South Asian store I check out), I finally reach the beautiful residential neighborhoods of New Cumberland. Nice feel to this place--here everybody likes to fix up their yard/garden nice... the streets are shady... people greet you as they pass--and there is a tiny little "downtown" area with a theater and Irish themed pub.
Yeah, I guess New Cumberland definitely has a "soul" of its own.
