1897 Clean Mountain Water

From Saxton it's a gradual uphill for the next 12 kilometers, along narrow winding valleys . But there are a couple of semi-forgotten villages along the way which have for some reason held on to their "borough" status.

One thing special about the highlands is the streams look crystal clean, unlike the suspicious looking water of the low valleys... I figure I'm high enough that there's not any pollution (or contaminated nuclear sites!) upstream and try some stream water... delicious!
