Kuah, MalaysiaYou've got to luv'it! Since Royal Langkawi Yacht Club has had a make-over it now attracts all sorts of events and this weekend was no different. A young couple getting married with all their friends and family gathered.
All the round tables were set up down by the pool area, white table linen and name places all set up, pale blue balloons tied to decorations and ribbons on the chairs, it felt young and modern and so were the clientele.
The young couple got married at sea out on one of the boats with their closest family, best men and bridesmaids and it was lovely seeing the set up and the couple arriving back at the club.
Here's a few pictures of the event, it's certainly a different way of life out here in the hot sunny days, with gorgeous sunsets and beautiful views of many of the islands which surround Langkawi.
Ahh... every time I come over I feel relaxed with friends, it's night and day to being at the shipyard every day!
Oh well, one day we'll be out and away sailing again!
