The day was not too eventful after breakfast apart from the parrot who joined us on our room balcony as we got ready to head out.

We sat, we read, we snoozed and listened to music on sun beds watching the world go by at the beach . We had to squeeze under the sunshade/umbrella for a few little showers, but nothing we could not manage!

After getting ready for dinner we returned to the same bar as last night for a cocktail/beer before we ate. They always say a sunset is good after rain, they are not wrong!! It was incredible. It kept getting better!!

The Malaysian restaurant was a buffet style all you can eat. I ate a lot!! Satay beef skewers were my favourite, but we tried a fair old mixture of things we didn't really know what we were eating!! After a wander in the hotel shop, we came back to the room to pack as the pickup in the morning for our early flight is at 3.30am :(
