With Dave's Dad John and wife Norma, Aunt Lois and relation Rebeckah M., brother Pete and wife Teri aboard we had a full crew--the berths were loaded! We departed the marina at 1000 hours and headed for anchorage at Rudee Inlet near Virginia Beach. As usual we had a good dolphin show in the Cape Henry area where they tend to hang out. Some rough passage to begin with departing Hampton Roads but overall a very nice sail on NE winds 10-15 kt to our destination.

This was a very special occasion for Dave to have his family together for this cruise . It was Aunt Lois and her husband Doyle who were very influential in Dave acquiring his love of sailing.
