Sail to Coan River VA

Coan River, Virginia, United States
We sailed out of the Yeocomico River under spinnaker, leaving at 0815 hours. Winds were from the SW 5-10 and the day was partly sunny and warm--very pleasant. We were able to keep the spinnaker raised almost to the mouth of the Coan River, then motored in under light rain.

We were anchored at 1103 hours in a pretty narrow and pleasant section of the river although there were many jet skis and water skiers again here .  We fished from the boat with chicken and cut bait but got nothing--although Donna did pull up a couple of crabs!
