Visby, Gotland, Sweden
Visby is a Northern European walled Hanseatic town which has preserved its townscape and its extremely valuable buildings. The town wall dates back to the 13th century and is over two miles long. It encircles the old stone houses, churches, and street system.

They drove us way back into the woods :-) to see a Bronze Age burial place - Gannarve Skeppssattning - dating back approximately to 600 BC.
