Last day on the South Algarve Coast

Sagres, Algarve, Portugal
Our next destination was just 30km to Sagres where we weren't really sure what to expect but it was the next stop on the way to the most Western Point of Europe.

On arrival we found the Motorhome parking immediately yet again, so we went for a drive through town to explore before parking up .

It has to be said the Motorhome parking is in the best part of Sagres, right in front of the Fortress and in-between two impressive beaches. It was €3 each to get into the Fort but per the guidebook we weren’t sure whether it was going to be worth it. The Fort and Walls themselves weren’t really worth it, the view was but also there’s lots of information about the birds and flowers in this national park area plus some impressive views into caves and a lovely walk.

The weather was great again so we sst outside the van for a couple of hours then went for a walk into town to find a beer before cooking tea. We managed to find a beer at the Churringito Last Chance right on the cliff overlooking the sea, which was brilliant.
