Going about 40 miles down further down on the Kenai Penninsula.
Campground: The Angler RV Park was supposed to be half price; it wasn't—didn’t read the fine print. The sites are muddy gravel with barely enough room for a picnic table. Of course, the weather didn’t help; cloudy, windy, and cold—high 48 degrees. It was like this for two days, which gave us time to get caught up on computer projects and other household chores. This area is noted for having the best halibut fishing in the world. Not real eager to go out on the water fishing in this weather, which is predicted for the next week.
Spent 6 nights here sightseeing around the lower Kenai Penninsula.
