Cleveland, Georgia, United States
Leisure Acres RV Resort - 3 nights.
Nice pool; we were the only people in it.
Problem with Jeep's lights not working on right side. Went to Camper World, who installed the tow package. The problem was how they ran the wires--went over the manifold and melted the wires. Everything worked fine once fixed.
                                      Russwell-Brasstown Scenic Hwy drive
Surrounded by the beauty of the Chattahoochee National Forest, this 40.6-mile national byway winds through the valleys and mountain gaps of the southern Appalachians.
First stop Anna Ruby Falls: 1/2 mile hike on paved walkway; nice falls.
Took wrong turn coming out and went on 356.
Stopped at Aunt B's for lunch--GREAT!  Philly cheese steak was biggest we've seen--really good meat and homemade hoagie roll. BBQ pork sandwich had great sauce.
Drove part way on road to High Shoals Falls--dirt; really bumpy; had to cross small stream; turned around road was so bad.

Brasstown Bald Visitor's Center:  Shuttle to top and walked down.
Pretty woodsy paved path (1/2 mile).  Great view from the top. Couldn't see very far; too much haze.
Dukes Creek Falls: stopped to see it;  didn't do walk.
Drove through Helen:  Bavarian-style tourist town with all kinds of shops.
Rained all night and most of the next day.
                                               Dahlonegu (Da-lawn-a-ga).
Smith House restaurant for lunch.  Food OK--family style. Ate with nice people from Alabama and Georgia. Best part was dessert--strawberry shortcake.
Nice shops in Dalonago Square.
Gold Mine Shaft that was found when renovating was especially interesting.
                                                      Amicacola Falls
Trail to lower falls. Drove to upper falls; not much to see here.
