Lufthansa Airlines. Changed planes in Frankford, Germany. Everything went smoothly.
Six hour time different so we arrived on August 19.

Quality Hotel Gardermoen - 2 nights. 
Near the airport and close to where we pick up the campervan.
Great staff, everyone very helpful. Breakfast buffet included, which was excellent. Lots of choices--meat, eggs, muesli, fruit, croissants.  

Jesshlon Shopping Center to check out items needed for the Campervan trip. Bus stop right by the hotel; however, we missed it so took a taxi. Lots of nice stores. Dinner at Egon restaurant--cod from the north and burger, both of which were good. Cool place with many cozy seating areas.

Bus station just across the street so did that going back to hotel. Very easy and much cheaper than the taxi.
