The Swanson House in historic downtown Perry for dinner.
Old house built in 1880's. Baked chicken, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, squash casserole (wouldn't get this again); fantastic tiny cheese rolls. Great southern food; great prices.

Nov 6: Vienna, GA -Big Pig Gig Memphis Barbeque Network Judges Training
Training from 8-1 in morning.
Walked the Big Pig Gig booths to get a lay of the land.
Drove into Vienna--beautiful old houses; no restaurants.
Judging started around 5:00: Brunswick Stew (didn't like any); Sauce (should have skipped this) and Chicken (very good)

Nov 7: 8:00 check in; 9:00 judging assignments
Both of us did On-site shoulder (11:30) and Blind Rib (1:00).

The afternoon judging for blind ribs had 4 entries at each table.
Judges were needed at another table; of course, Randy volunteered.
This day was definitely Meat Overload!

Later in the day, went to the teams we judged to give them feedback.
Ever since Memphis in May, Randy has been wanting to do this.
Sure was fun and we met so many fantastic people!

What a great way to end another wonderful trip!!! Time to head back to Florida.
