Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Looks like the sun might come out today; perfect temperature.

Botanical Gardens walk to Mrs Mcquerie's Point, which is across the bay from the Opera House. Great location in morning for photo. Sun came out several times, hurray!

Time to head for the cruise ship. Met three other couples in the lobby that were also waiting for a taxi to the ship; surprised we didn't run into each other during our stay here.

Oceania Cruise on Sirena begins
Lineup to get on boat--customs papers. Took about an hour.
Excellent Buffet Lunch. Cabin is a good size; lots of hangers, drawers, shelves. Suitcases fit under the bed (good thing they aren't any fatter). Beautiful ship. Dinner in Tuscan restaurant--fabulous! Randy's in food Heaven!! Ate with a nice group of people that are mega travelers. Lots of interesting places and stories. All but one at the table were former teachers.

Left port an hour late; had to wait for pilot boat. Great views of city lights as we were leaving. Got really rough; 12-15' seas; 35 mph winds. Glad we ate early; later in the evening a big wave hit; dishes and wine bottles flew off shelves. Thank goodness for a seasick patch.
