Rained all night. Also no water as of about 9 pm.  


Up at 0600. No water. No internet. Still raining - things don’t look too good at the moment.  


1100 Caught the landlord. Now have water and internet. But still raining slightly.  


1200 Lunch: ham, cheese, wine. Been reading all morning. Time to update a blog. Internet strength has been up and down all day, so I just keep attacking it with hope that I'll get something through.  
1500 No rain at the moment. Air temp is 81º, with 87% humidity, but only 91 heat index (been in the 100s). So I went to the store to pick up coke, milk, and chips.  

1830 Been updating Oct 2 and 3, and reading when the internet doesn't want to cooperate. Time to go out and watch the sunset.  

 

 
Finally got some decent shots. Can't decide which ones to post. So I chose one, and you can look at those below (click on the thumbnail) to find your favorite.  
Tried to upload a panoramic video clip; the best it's done is 25% after 4 hours, for a 30 sec clip, then my internet speed gets too low and drops the whole thing. Oh, well! More work down the road, or maybe you can view it on Picasa once I get that rolling.
