Grazin' on the boulevard

Los Cabos, Baja California, Mexico
"Cool" and overcast again today. Only 77 degrees at noon ... quite pleasant for a walk, so we took the bus into San Jose for a few odds and ends (aka the other replacement glass). We also stopped at Mega to pick up one last bit of groceries to get us to Thursday, including our favorite bollos (buns) and some churros for dessert tonite.

On the road into San Jose, we were passing the rodeo grounds and there were two steers on the boulevard grazing   I'm not talking about the ditch, here - they were right there by the pedestrians and the traffic going into Old Town. Too funny. Gotta love Mexico. ;o)

Earlier this week, we heard back from SGI that the Grand Am is a total loss.  Ryan had slid on ice and hit a parked truck earlier in Nov, then a few days later it was hit from behind while parked. What are the odds??  We received the results of the evaluation from SGI today, so spent some time going over that and corresponding with the total loss adjustor. It's nice that these things can still progress by email while we're away.

For supper tonite we made bbq steak, potatoes and garlic buns ... and, of course, churros for dessert!
