Another sunny mid twenties day, heaven. Most important 'chore' of the day was Graham accompanying Dave to view a Porsche. As a previous 'mid life crisis' purchaser he was ably suited to accompany Dave. They bought the car back to the house to show Sharon and check it didn't ground on the drive. Good on both counts and offer duly made subject to checks. Not quite sure how Dave will tow the boat to the bach though. 
After all that stress it was off to Takapuna Beach for r and r . Lovely beach overlooking Rangitoto Island. Bit busy because of a 45km outrigger canoe race but great fun watching the boats come in. Few hours later we sated our thirst at a bar on our way back to the car before getting a lovely Thai take out to enjoy with more beers and lovely pinot gris.
