We stumbled across this place when we pulled over for a loo stop! We noticed on their sign that they had Artisan Hot Tubs so we thought we would check it out
.
A lot of farming stations, especially on the West coast are opening up their land to campers/caravaners as an alternative income source. Most of these station stays have fairly basic facilities, some have ablution blocks, some have limited power and ones like this have hot tubs as a draw card. Apparently this place has only been open for a year.
We found a nice spot just back from the very dry Wooramel River and then hit the hot tubs. What a great way to watch the sun go down… although it was bloody freezing when we got out!
The following morning we realised we weren't due in Denham until the 11th so we booked in for another night and enjoyed a nice fire.
