Flying premium economy...
Well, not quite like this
....but we were served champagne and orange juice (we opted for water).
As well as more seat space (seats where economy has 3); additional leg room and fewer folk crammed into the area, premium economy included a goodie pack: ear plugs, toothbrush+, socks, eyemask, etc. Noise cancelling headphones also on offer (unfortunately can't keep those). Hated spending the $$$ but loved more space...made a real difference to the 23 hours in the air.

We are at the stage or age where paying extra for comfort on our bones is worth it. 23 hrs is a marathon! Only negative when going to Australia.
