Detroit, Michigan, United States
Actually got into Detroit early at 10:15, but since Travelpod orders by time irrespective of time zone, I needed to tag this with a later time so it would be in the right order. It took me about an hour to get through immigration and customs. Uneventful, but the more pieces of luggage you have, the longer it takes to round them up. The bike especially takes awhile, since it sometimes is classified as oversized.

My parents lost a windshield wiper in Jackson, so they were a little late getting me. That gave me time to put some real shoes and a jacket on and make some phone calls to say hi to people. They picked me up and we drove down to Indy for Thanksgiving at my brother's house.

The seat on the plane had obviously had several hundred rear ends in it over the years without being changed. It was quite uncomfortable which kept me from sleeping on the flight back. I ended up sleeping a little in the car on the way down.

Thanks for reading, everyone. That's it for this trip.
