Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Yesterday we did half the Hop on Hop Off trail. Today we will complete the loop, starting at the Boston Tea Party Museum - this a not to be missed attraction - it is Live Reenactment of the Boston Tea Party, we were the participants, along with some other tourists of course.
They really made quite a heavy subject come to life, and even those that had studied the subject at school, admitted they now understood for the first time .
We certainly feel like we now know why America is not a tea drinking nation.

New Brookes runners For Tony was next on the agenda, Rick lead us to a specialist shop, a little off the beaten track, which was well worth the effort. A short cab ride later we were at a boutique brewery, that not only served some great beers but accompanied them with enormous pretzels with various dips.

Trattoria il Panino - recommended to is by none other than the local Italian barber - Seriously - gets a big thumbs up. Sue, Terry and Rick had the lobsters stuffed with clams, scallops and crab - a whole huge lobster each, took an hour and quarter to prepare, so we succumbed to calamari and beef carpaccio - all excellent - needless to say we rolled home. Tony had Saltimbocca - sorry yesterday's blog was wrong - he had a gnocchi with chicken and pesto, all. Yummo.
