I am sitting here enjoying a cup of tea and giggling to myself about how the day has gone so far. It is one of those days that will go down in or memories and we will laugh every time.
We started our day by going down to the travel agent and booking a tour for Monday, it took awhile because there were people ahead of Sharon and I and the lady did stop to talk to people as she worked . They work on a different time line then us, Sharon says that is why they have so many problems because they do not open on time and just a different work ethic then most Canadians. Some people in Canada work to their own pace.
Because the guys were tired of waiting they went down to the beach area to wait for us. After we got our tickets we walked downstairs to join the guys. Low and behold the clothing and jewelry store was open for the first time since we arrived and we decided to take a look. Our FIRST MISTAKE, (now I am giggling pretty good remembering) plus I can hear the guys singing downstairs from the Paella demonstration and wine drinking. (More about that later)
Nobody was in the store and Sharon and I saw a top that we thought would be just right for me. So I was slipping it on over my top and this lady came over to tell us we were not supposed to try on clothes without her permission. NOT LIKE I WAS SNEAKING INTO THE CHANGE ROOM TO TRY IT ON. Okay so I go into the change room and Sharon says she is going over to look at the jewelry. Sharon innocently says that this is the first time we have seen the store open since we arrived. THAT IS A FACT. The lady proceeds to say she is open all the time, just look at the schedule, then she says we must not come down here. Sharon says yes we have been by several times and saw the closed signs. I am in the change room and can hear everything. Then when I have my top off and am putting on the other top I hear this lady VERY LOUDLY tell Sharon that she is insulting her by saying that she was not open . Sharon tries to be nice and the lady continues to yell at her that she is insulting her. Well I don't even get the top on and I have my top back on and am out of the change room. Sharon looks at me and says was it to big. I just keep walking and we get outside and I say I would not have bought the top if it was something that I loved from that Bitch. Sharon and I are pretty riled up by now and I have tears in my eyes from laughing as I write this. Maybe you had to be there but OMG.  
We walk out till we find the guys and tell them what happened, Sharon and I are both laughing but still upset by the treatment. Then we go for a walk along the ocean, check out the fishermen and pick some shells. When we get back Tom and Ed go to get some bread and Sharon and I go up to the room. We do not want to see that lady again. Ed says he should say WOW LOOK THIS STORE IS OPEN, HAVEN'T SEEN IT OPEN BEFORE. Those two just wanted to stir up the shit LOL. Then we had lunch - Tom went for a walk to feed the birds and Ed, Sharon and I went to the Paella making lesson put on by the hotel.  
The cooking class was very interesting and got even more so, it took about 1 hour from start to finish. I copied down all the ingredients that went into making their paella as we drank wine. Now in Spain you do not get small amounts of wine when they give you wine, must be because it is really cheap but good wine. They counted the people and there were 76 of us, and Ed figures they went through 50 bottles of red and white wine. They came in with one shopping cart at the start and went back 2 more time. The paella was pretty good but we figure it needed more spices.  
Tom came back from his walk and wondered about the people singing so I told him about the number of bottles of wine. He just shook his head because they do sound pretty bad. It is now 1 hour later and they are still singing pretty poorly. LOL
Went and got Sharon to proof read this blog and we laughed again. We are going to relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon, it is 3:00. Then we will go out for supper and probably go for a little walk after supper.
Tomorrow Tom and I do Gibraltar because Ed and Sharon did it last year ant they are going to go up and see the Pueblo.
