Visited the Darwin Museum & Art Gallery today. They have some interesting exhibitions about the devastating 1974 cyclone "Tracy", WW2 events and local stories like the one about the 6m long crocodile "Sweetheart" which terrorized the community in the 70's before it ended up here, stuffed on display. Other exhibitions include Aboriginal art and displays of Northern Territory's fauna.
Besuchte heute das Darwin Museum & Art Gallery. Dort sieht man einige interessante Ausstellungen ueber den katastrophalen Zyklon "Tracy", Ereignisse während des 2.Weltkriegs und lokale Geschichten wie die über das 6m lange Krokodil "Sweetheart", dass hier in den 70ern die Fischer terrorisierte, bevor es ausgestopft im Museum endete. Andere Ausstellungen zeigen Aborigines Kunst und die Fauna des Northern Territory.
