Big start to the day today...Freaking Yoga..Penny goes regularly and I am just hopeless at it, mostly puts me to sleep..The woman who took it was pretty good at it so it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be.. Off to the Superstore after that to purchase some of my favorite food stuffs..Double scoop Raisin Bran and Trail mix Museli Bars and a new pair of Runners purchased in a sidewalk sale !! For us thats a sale.. Took a 2 hour walk to test them out, the shoes were great but the body is way out of shape for the Kamloops Hills..Tomorrow is a rest day, Music festival at Sun Peaks the local Ski Resort..Starring act is Kevin Costner !!! He has a band apparently.. apparently he is a crap singer but his band is OK.. will keep you posted on that one.
