St Johns Newfoundland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
St Johns : Well we managed to survive our night in the Doll house B&B in Clarenville.    There was a young woman staying there as well and she had 2 kids about 5 & & yrs old and even the little girl didn't like the dolls because they had scary eyes, so I wasn't the only one freaking out.
Started the day with Patricia our new friend, cooking us bacon & eggs for breakfast, we also tried the Berry jam that we have seen the locals out picking one was Bake apple Jam and the other was Partridge Berry Jam both went down a treat .
On the road again we only drove for a couple of hours and we were in St Johns, We saw a dead moose that was hit by a car, must have not long happened as the car was still there..That was the second dead Moose we have seen but we didn't add them to our moose count. In town we wanted to go to Walmart and look at cameras, didn't see what we wanted so we went over to the Future store where she found one she liked, so now her zoom is bigger than mine so I think I want a knew camera now...lol
We discovered our hotel was right behind the shopping area so we went and unloaded the car, we needed 2 hotel luggage trollies and we had bags hanging off the hooks. I am sure the staff was wondering what the heck they had just checked in ! We spent the next couple of hours unpacking and repacking and throwing out so we have got down to, 1 suitcase, 1 backpack, 1 Frontpack and 1 pce of excess each, so we will look like a camel train tomorrow going into the airport.
Tonight we went into down town to find the ) mile peg for the Trans Canada Highway, then we went up to George Street which is where the Irish pubs are and we had a bite to eat and a cider. They didn't have the cider on tap only in a can which was twice the size of our cans. It was a Strongbow which was made by Bulmers, I didn't know that.
Back at the hotel now watching TV, Tomorrow we fly to Moncton.
