Hi all,

Just before we left Sweden in November, Kristina's dad got taken into hospital. Over the past few weeks his condition worsened and on Saturday the 20th of Jan he passed quietly away. We're almost definitely going to cut our trip short to be home in time for the funeral, and we'll try and keep you updated on what our plans are. We'll hopefully know the date of the funeral and what date we'll be flying home by the end of the week.

Both Kristina & I are fine and in some ways it is a relief that Kristina's dad finally slipped away - his condition and quality of life over the past year haven't been all that great. He was 90.
