Friday morning - as mentioned Pam left at 4am for her flight - I spent the day around the hotel
- first breakfast  then packing - and then some TV/newspaper reading and about 11am walked
over to the local rib place to take some photos.......they open at 11 and by 11.15 were already
busy - all different people than the night before but equally friendly and amazed that I didn't 'know' BBQ/ribs!! - the place was absolutely blue with smoke!

 They use oak wood for the bbq and said people mostly drop it off when the cut down a tree
or whatever!! - about 40lbs pork is used daily along with beef and chicken....your choice of hot
or mild sauce --as it was Friday cornbread was available so I bought some - sides were beans, 
potato salad, fries, coleslaw - a dinner of about 3 big ribs (pork) and 2 sides was 13.95 - enjoy

Tampa airport was 'straight forward' although I was amused by a sign that read ' if you were born on this day, or before, in 1937 you do not have to remove your shoes or submit to full body scan'
-- what's this age discrimination - we aren't able to comit terrorism????
I flew Air Canada and once again a great choice of movies unfortunately the flight was only 2.5hrs
so couldn't see them all - then a real fiasco at Toronto airport - it proved difficult to find the signage
I needed for 'connecting' flight - made it with time to spare because the flight to Ottawa was late
leaving!! -- arrived at 9.12 temperature about -12c -- home, turned on the water and alls well!

It's been a gread adventure - so many 'first' experiences!
