A road trip today, we saw a great postcard yesterday of the beach at Stintino, then Deb sent a message via viber to do the beach at Stintino, then Piera said we should do a day trip to the beach at Stintino so off we head. It is about one hour away so hop to it in the red rocket.

It is at then end of a headland, the day is reasonable for the beach with sunshine and a temperature in the mid 20's . The sand is fine and white with the water crystal clear and the most aqua of aqua colours that you could ever find.

This place is no secret as we are not on our own. After a light snack and Donny dropping his pants to get changed in front of the cafe guests we hit the beach. M-L knows happy hubby at beach means more sand time so hires a sun lounge fitted out with a head shade at a cost of 5 euros. We settled in for an afternoon of people watching and knocking back the African sand to sand salespeople, do you know the blokes go around selling what they call bikinis (really just a tiny bit of material) and the girls try them on right there and then!

The water is too cold for most people but not for the Don and M-L but they are not in for that long. Packed up late arvo did a reccie of the town and nicked off home for a Piera and a Spritz.

A casual feed at a local,pizzeria called Sa Pananda - the lads looked up the form guide and took up the challenge and ordered horse. Ney good, tasted like off meat, hope there is no galloping to the pan tonight. Trotted home to the stables and bedded down on the straw for the night.
