Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain and Canary Islands
Just back from a short visit to Barcelona. Our cruise
docked at 7:00 am so we were able to get there early to avoid the crowds which
had got to a pretty busy level by the time we had to depart.
We did a lot of
walking and amongst other things caught up with two of Gaudi's classics,
some beautiful architecture, and the
Barcelona markets. Satisfied we’d seen enough in the time we had before needing to head back to the ship, we
relaxed enjoying a couple of huge beers then a sangria in La Rambla people
watching and enjoying the fabulous atmosphere.

You both look so very well. What a trip you have had. Barcelona is one of our favourite cities. Such fabulously creative architecture, Gaudi’s especially. Enjoy your last few days before heading home. Those beers look very refreshing. You must be starting to miss Georgie.
