Now with all the resource development in PNG there has been an astronomical increase in vehicles. This is the crosswalk to get across the Highlands Highway. At peak hours very difficult for pedestrians and also creates a traffic jam. So the PNG Constabulary have posted a very entertaining traffic officer. People just come down to the crosswalk to watch the performance. He gets a good workout for himself.
