Spent the day with R and her staff at their office then went out for a working lunch. They have a very nice office. Very well organized and competent people.

Morning will come quickly as need to leave the hotel here at 5 AM off to Singapore . Will over night with a medical couple working with CHE from Singapore. Then off on Wed to Cebu Philippines to the cyclone affected areas and work with our CHE people and strategize on a CHE approach to reconstruction.
