Friday the last day of a very successful Sub Regional CHE Consultation for the Tri-Country group from Cambodia, Viet Nam and Singapore. Excellent organization by Pastor Chhay of CGA and Danay of CWEF and their people. TWR, Fida, KPF and SP all made great contributions and presentations as shown in the photos here.

We had some very profitable sessions withDr Su Min Lim illustrating with his pictorial facilitating and workshop which was a very visual help in summarizing the community activity and our sessions . We all had a hand in trying it for ourselves but have a long way for most of us to get as expert as Su Min!

My sessions on Aging, Working with Governments and Disaster Planning were interesting for me to see how knowledgeable all of the participants were in these areas and their experiences in working with this challenges. Was a good reminder for all of us in the big challenges these areas present for us and the immense importance these topics are as our populations age (and some us already!) and the issue of Climate Change that we now realize is all of our responsibility in addressing not just areas like the Philippines with their recent "super" Typhoon.

Look forward to hearing how the plans go for forming a Network with Master Trainers to train all the churches in Cambodia in the CHE strategy in the MK2021 goal of having a church in every Cambodian village by 2021. Creating wholistic churches in every village reaching out to their neighbours has the potential to transform the entire nation. A lofty goal for us to have finish our Consultation with!!
